Sylvan Trail mowed
The Sylvan Trail on Flag Pond Road was mowed August 22. Despite the summer's wet weather, the trail is in pretty good shape. There are a few trees blown down over the trail, but they are easily stepped over. There are also a few muddy spots that need to be skirted. Hikers will need to hop a bit to get over two brooks.
