The Saco Active Community Environment Team needs your help to make the community a better place for biking and walking. The ACE team hopes to identify barriers to biking and walking. Do you wish that cars drove more slowly through downtown? Want to see more crosswalks close to local schools? Wish that sidewalks were in better shape? A small group of volunteers worked on the Sylvan Trail Friday, July 11, including two from IDEXX. The volunteers weed wacked the trail, re-blazed the trail, added signs and reinforced bog bridges. Follow this link to see photos of the event.
